Several restaurants provide door delivery service for food to the apartment. In addition to this supermarkets, grocery and liquor shops are also close by. This apartment is just a few steps away from Club Cubana which is one of the most famous clubs of Goa. Besides this there is also a water park within walking distance from the apartment. Thus this apartment is ideal for a couple with young kids.
Guests have access to the entire property.
The premises shall not be used for any illegal or immoral activity and possession and consumption of drugs is not allowed on the premises
Outside guests cannot stay overnight on the premises under any circumstances.
No refund shall be made under any circumstances for an early check out under any circumstances.
The guests are responsible for all their personal belongings. The management shall not be liable for any or any loss or damage to the same under any circumstances. Most of our units are provided with an electronic personal safe. Guests are expected to make use of the same for keeping their cash, jewellery, travel documents and other such valuable possessions. The management shall not be responsible for loss of any such articles under any circumstance.
The guests are expected to be personally present in the unit during the visit of our house keeping team to their unit for the servicing of the unit.
The management is not responsible for any accident or injury to any guest during the stay on the premises
The guests shall be liable to pay for any loss or damage to any of the furniture, fixtures, fittings, appliances, crockery and cutlery, or even contamination of the pool, and shall have to compensate in cash for the same prior to check out.
The guests are expected to follow the swimming pool rules and be dressed in proper swimming attire while using the pool. The pool rules are displayed in the pool area and a copy of the same is available with the property manager as well. The management reserves the right to claim damages from the guest in case of misuse of the pool in any manner, and in case the pool rules are not followed.
Guests are expected to respect the sensitiveness of other residents and not to indulge in any activity that may disturb or cause inconvenience to the other residents.
Guests are expected to follow a smart and casual dress code while at the premises.
While we do expect a few guests to arrive at the premises late at night, it is expected that they shall proceed to their unit with least of noise to ensure that no disturbance is caused to the other residents
Playing of loud music in the premises is strictly prohibited. Guests are welcome to do so within their units as long as it does not disturb the other residents.
The complementary wifi at certain locations is provided totally as a free service and the management cannot be held responsible for the speed or connectivity of the same.
Rights of Admission to the property are reserved and the staff and the management are at liberty to ask a guest to leave if it is found that the house rules are not being followed by the guest.
Guests are welcome to verify the inventory of fixtures, crockery and cutlery etc at the unit with the staff on arrival. The inventory list on arrival shall be treated as final for the purpose of determining the damage or loss of our property during check out
In case of any fault or mal functioning of the appliances within the unit the guests are not supposed to try and fix it themselves but to seek help from the staff.
Pets are strictly not allowed at any of our premises
Via fwt.asia Customer Care + A personal concierge is also present to serve you on demand. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to solve all your queries whenever required. A comfortable stay is assured altogether!
The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message.
Cancellation and Refund is not allowed.
A full service vacation villa, we understand that eating arrangements constitute a big part of your travel arrangements constitute a big part of your travel plans hence, we also encourage self cooking in our villa our kitchen are well equipped with ample supplies to cook to your hearts delight. If you prefer home cooked food we have arrangements with local cook who will be charging separately. We also offer our menu from that you can select your food items for your meals in prior so that we can buy freshest ingredient at reasonable timings.
Guest Protection Policy
Payments made by Guests on fwt.asia are held in an escrow and released to Hosts (which are ranked below 5 stars) after the Guest’s stay is complete.
This is done to protect the Guest just in case the Host’s property is not as advertised and/or there is an issue during the stay at the property.
If such an issue arises the payment is frozen till the issue is resolved. Both the Guests and Hosts are required to provide conclusive evidence in the form of video/s, audio/s or photo/s to resolve such an issue.
